Johns/Gustafson Scholarship
Established in 1996 to recognize the service of Kevin Johns and Ned Gustafson to the Fraternity. Two scholarships of $1,500 each are awarded to Delts annually to recognize chapter leadership, campus and civic involvement.
File Scholarship & Award for Undergraduate Excellence
Named after Kenneth File Former Executive Vice President for the Fraternity and established in 1996 to recognize individual efforts of excellence as well as superior academic achievement. Awarded annually at Division Conferences along with a scholarship of $1,500.
The Fischbach Medical Foundation
Scholarships of $1,000 are made to qualified Delt students in their third or fourth year of medical school.
Geological and Petroleum Engineering Fund
Scholarship awarded annually to a qualified student enrolled in graduate school in the geological and petroleum engineering fields. Size of scholarship depends upon available income.
Delta Tau Delta was founded in 1858 at Bethany College, Bethany, Virginia (now West Virginia). It currently has around 115 student chapters nationwide, as well as over 25 alumni associations organized regionally. Its national community service initiative is Adopt-a-School. The fraternity will celebrate its 150th anniversary in Pittsburgh, PA at the 2008 Karnea (international convention).
